Our award-winning "Community Contribution Corps" is just one way that we enable our employees to be fully invested in our community.

You'll find YEI! in the thick of things at numerous competitions and celebrations, from the Duck Races (event sponsored by Rotary which benefits Yavapai Big Brothers and Big Sisters), to the Bedraces.

Our Executive Director, Brad Newman, is an in-demand guest speaker at civic groups and as a guest on radio and TV programs. We believe that as we help our community, our friends, neighbors and business partners in turn help tell our story.

We often hear from people that they always see one of our guys walking to and from work, or that they notice our vans shuttling our workers around to their various jobsites, volunteer posts, or to Special Olympics workouts.

And that's just how we want to be seen. As members of a diverse and caring community, with room for all.
